Accounts & Parental Consent

Because BrightBridge is designed for children, a parent or legal guardian must create and manage the account. By creating an account, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child who will use the app, and that you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use BrightBridge only for its intended educational purpose. You will not: (a) attempt to access another user's data without authorization, (b) upload offensive or inappropriate content, (c) use the service to harm or harass others, or (d) attempt to disrupt or compromise the platform's security. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

Limitation of Liability

BrightBridge is an educational practice tool. It does not diagnose learning disabilities, replace qualified teachers or tutors, or guarantee academic improvement. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BrightBridge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Intellectual Property

All content provided through BrightBridge — including questions, visuals, explanations, and software — is owned by BrightBridge or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from the service content without permission. User-generated content (such as uploaded worksheets) remains owned by the user.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and data retention schedule.

Changes to These Terms
